Days from Past to future as human

In Younger days, I felt loneliness everyday.
But it is just from inside of my mind.
I did not open my heart to others so I felt loneliness.
I actually suffered from showing the REAL me.
in those days, I felt loneliness and lost the meaning of life.
(Sometime, I tried to commit suicide...But I could not fortunately)

Since then, I had been looking for the answer of life.

when I entered the university, I attended Model UN Club.
Model UN gave me the various things.
especially, it promotes to open my heart.
in MUN, I got to know the issue of CHAILD SOLDIERS.

I got huge shock.
only 9 age girl and boy was kidnapped and forced to kill.
And they were took away the time for school.
then, they lost the way to live without using AK-47.
(it is hard to live on without literacy.)

I got huge shock.
when I was in Junior High School, my life is enough.
there are much of safety.
But I tried to commit suicide... I felt shame and thought what I can do for CHANGE such unfair world.

then, I started to spread the fact of world.

I thought the answer of life is to be made by individual value.
My Value in life is to increase people's smile as much as I can.
So I decided to commit social issue as my lifework.

in these days, I checked several movie of LipDub.
beyond the borders, many people joins these activities.
I would like to integrate Social Message in LipDub.

when we make the plan to send message to public, we need to keep
Fun,
Energetic,
and Passionate.

like FlashMob, LipDub might have the potential to collect people's power.
unlike FlashMob, LipDub can be held easily.

AVAAZ Recruits campaigner

This is just for your information.
if you want to get file, I will send it.
please let me know.

Hi there,

Avaaz has enjoyed a meteoric rise over the last 4 years, rapidly
becoming the largest global web movement in history. Our membership is
at 8 million and climbing fast. The initial vision of Avaaz - of a
truly global, multilingual, multi-issue, committed movement of
citizens that can rapidly mobilize effective democratic pressure on
governments all over the planet -- has been realized.

But today our team is more taken with a sense of possibility than of
accomplishment. We feel we’ve just scratched the surface of what’s
possible with Avaaz, and we’re looking for a few absolutely
outstanding Japanese individuals to join us and help us find out just
how far our story goes.

Specifically and in the longer-term, we’re looking to hire a full time
Japanese Campaigner, or Campaign Director (depending on experience).
I’ve included details about what we’re looking for below, and would
kindly request you forward this to anyone you think might be
interested, or might be able to send it further.

If you know someone who can help us make calls, fix meetings... to
find the right people, please let us know, also. We may hire them as a
fixer to help us for a few weeks. We’re looking for a very practical
person with a deep knowledge of the Japanese political, media and
civil society worlds. We have a separate job description we can send
to people, please ask them to email: recruiting@avaaz.org

We don’t care so much about cover letters, or years of experience. Our
criteria for hiring for are:

-- Fluency in English and Japanese is a MUST
-- Excellent writer, able to write in an active voice, concisely and
with emotion,
-- A globalist -- familiar with a range of social and environmental
issues and the language used to write about them: human rights,
climate change, poverty, Middle East peace etc..
-- Comfortable working to extremely tight deadlines,
-- Flexibility -- able to surge at short notice,
-- Basic knowledge and proficiency in HTML code desirable but not essential,
-- Highly professional: attentive to detail, and no drama.

In our experience, we find great people by asking other great people.
Again, it doesn’t matter how many years of experience candidates have
or whether they’ve done very similar work. They might come from
politics, media, NGOs or it might be industry, education or science.

All of you are committed to social change, and we’d ask that you take
a few moments to consider this in that light - the right person at
Avaaz can really make a difference in the world. All of you have
either been extremely helpful to Avaaz staff or the organisation in
the past, and just a few moments of your time could literally make
years of difference to us and our work on the issues we all care
about.

If you have anyone to recommend or would like to apply yourself,
please forward them this email and the attached job description, and
encourage them to apply by emailing recruiting@avaaz.org

best wishes and thanks in advance for helping us out,

Ricken and the rest of the Avaaz team.

Good Practice of Flash Mob

This performance is really awesome. but if we do like this, it takes much time to prepare. the individual performers have high skill.

So if you have friend who can dance well, you would combine between break dance and normal dance.

or, you can do without high skill break.
just see following video of flash mob without break dance.

Royal Wedding? I wanna do like this

this is the funny video produced by T-mobile. yeah, it was produced regarding with Real Royal Wedding in UK.
there are many smile in video.
if I could organize wedding, I would like to do like this.(How does it sound?)

T-mobile always shows us such kind of interesting video.
I like the society that people attends voluntary.

by the way, I like PINK.
she seems little crazy woman. but she always attend charity work like We Are The World For Haiti. And her singing moves my heart.
