On the Take: Corruption in the Developing World
Have you ever had to pay a police officer so he won't arrest you? Been paid to vote for a politician? Or had your boss' son take the promotion you deserved? In some countries, corruption is a way of life and it's everywhere. In this workshop, we'll discuss how corruption works within societies, how it can stunt the economic development of a country and what it's like for citizens who experience corruption.

Time: 2 - 4 pm
