No one decide to live the place before Birth

No one decide to live the place before Birth.

No one hope to be born in the place of no access to education and health care.
No one hope to be born in the place suffering from insecurity.
No one hope to be born in the place violated human rights.

although there is no world government which provides safe net to these people in free from fear and want, International Cooperation such as United Nations, Non-Government Organization, Social Entrepreneur, Government Assistant and so on, plays this function.

I think especially Official Development Assistance(ODA) can make most difference.
because ODA can help and empower people efficiently in long term.

as you know, ODA based on Government Budget.
it came from Tax. so this financial resource is stronger than others.
and people are tax payers, so if we hope to live with people in other countries, ODA can live as sustainable approach.

but sometime, ODA went bad.
ODA made not only Dam or high way but also violation human rights or destruction of natures and culture.
for better and more aid, we as people need to show our will to government.
and my job is to help these actions.

I don't agree that the place decides destiny of people. no one want to live under poverty and conflict and no one decide the place of living before BIRTH.
so this is the reason I am working in Non Governmental Organization.
