The Partnership

we like to use "Partnership" in management.

but it meant, sometime, the one side exploited the other side in the fact.

for example, it can be seen between Youth Organization and other organization organized by adult guys.

before making partnership, we need to share common goal as consensus.

especially, if we work toward social impact, we need to set ultimate value beyond each benefit.

so I think "partnership" requires us to think the vision of our organization.
